CCG Homes

Established in 2004, CCG Homes has been able to reap all the benefits from its relationship with the CCG Construction group, whilst operating entirely autonomously.

We were formed with the aim of consolidating the sustainable building principles for which CCG Construction is justly renowned in the social housing sector by bringing these same principles to bear in the private housing sector.

We have embarked, from the outset, on a consistent programme of product and project development, dominated by affordable homes, always offering exceptional quality.

Whilst our product range encompasses all types of residential property, from one bedroom apartments to five bedroom townhouses, our projects are spread throughout the length and breadth of west central Scotland. These developments include: The Firs, Whitehill, Hamilton; Oakbank, Windmill Road, Hamilton and Eden, the conversion of Cathcart Church on Glasgow’s south side.
